It began on labor day 2002, Erik bought his first juggling balls and began to practice, he picked it up in about 10 minutes and decided, "This is What I want to do with my life." After that day he continued to practice and began to master the art of juggling. After watching his brother Travis, Erik began to learn numerous sideshow stunts including mental floss, which he performed along with fire juggling and the devilstick at his first show, a halloween party on his birthday in October 2003. In 2004 at age 14 Erik became "The World's Youngest Fire-Eater" and went on a national tour with the Pickled Brothers performing in 6 different states, and ending with a performance in Pennsylvania at the 2004 sideshow Gathering Labor Day Weekend, where Erik performed a dropless routine in front of Sideshow Legends such as Ward Hall and Chris Christ. Today, Erik is quickly becoming a master of all trades" and is destined to be one of the Greatest Variety Performers of all-time.
